Pho Consomme in Gardena

Great food & good customer service especially since at the current time you want to eat from a clean establishment. Although it was a to go order they had mask and were polite as always.

Service is great here. My soup had an Overkill of noodles

First visit since they opened for dining in. Not a good experience. The pho broth had a weird taste to it.

The only reason why Im giving this a four star is due to the non engagement with the staff, they will not look your way when they pass you. You literally have to stand up and wave them over as they will refuse to see you (never seen that in my life ever). The combination Pho bowl that I got was very flavorful. But if you get something to drink, remember that they DO NOT GIVE FREE REFILLS on any beverage except water (KEEP THAT IN MIND) also do not order your drink with ice as you will not get your money's worth, other than that, the food was great.

Delicious bun rieu aka tomato and crab soup. I was impressed by the real crab and flavor of the broth.

This place is soooo da good. I like to go here when it is soo da cold. The noodle is daaa bomb.

Has a great Yelp deal for first timers. This place can be hit or miss. The food is good but the service is questionable at times. Some days no one offers you water or the eggrolls may or may not come with the lettuce and dipping sauce. I like the place but the service needs to be a little more consistent...UPDATE- no longer a place I plan on going to any longer. They are apparently under new management and the service and food have taken a complete nosedive. I've tried going here twice since the change and ultimately walked out each time. Last time I came no one took my order or offered water while others walked in after me and were seated and served immediately. The spring rolls were hard and disgusting I left 10 minutes later after my soup never made it out the kitchen. Its far too many other options in Gardena for this place to be doing this bad

Great service, the employees are so friendly and polite. The front lady was so nice that I wasn't sure about ordering pho noodle rice with meatballs or a combination of Pho so she helped me( got this one)and that's exactly what I wanted but I didn't know until she explain the difference of one and the other. I was so pleased with my order, definitely this will be my Pho place to go for now on...

Im very satisfied today...came in at 7pm and was not busy yet. I was seated promptly along with my new born with car seat on hand and was moved because I knew and they I was in the way of kitchen door. The gentleman who works there helped me with my car seat and placed my baby and I in a booth for ourselves and I was happy. I ordered Pho Ga which is sliced chicken breast with rice noodles and broth its bomb when you put the fixins...bean sprouts,basil leaves, sliced jajapenos and cilantro in the broth forgot to take a pic. But this time wow I got alot of chicken thats a first...not to complain but it would be in the past about 3 to 4 slices this time it was more than that. They had a duo singers tonight pretty good singer. Sang some Green Day...Baby Shark. Thank you for the help..the chef of course. Keep up the good service!

I was here for car dealership, came across this restaurant while waiting for my car to be serviced. It surprised me in so many good ways, let me tell you:1. It didn't cheap out on materials. It uses real basil. Many places use just cilantro or onion, no basil. I have come across at least three in various places and couldn't get real basil before getting to this place.2. It goes you SO MUCH noodles, i ordered small, but it is truly a large one. 3. It gives you SO MUCH BEEF. see photo attached. Only $8.71 for a small. I'm amazed.

New owners, new look. Pho better than ever. My partner and I had quit coming to this restaurant. The last owner was a lazy slob. He literally ran people out with his appearance. Fast forward to today. We showed up at ten to ten pm. We were welcomed and notified that they actually closed at 9:30 pm ( listed incorrectly on Google maps) We got our order quickly and it was just what we wanted. The fragrance of star anise rose from the bag. The new owners son was happy to help us. We spoke of our unhappiness with the last owner and staff. We could tell he was tired but took the time to be as professional as possible. PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY (or second chance) you will be rewarded with awesome, clean, healthy food. Smiling staff and a feeling of "This is why I live in Los Angeles." Pho Consomme where a multi cultural experience awaits you.

I usually come here to get my Pho fix. It's the best in the area. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the health department grade is a "B". Makes me wonder what areas are not clean enough.Update. They still have a B rating. 1 year later. But now they hide the letter on the side door which is not used.

It was ok. They definitely serve lots of pork. I usually get soup and some type of spring roll. Love coconut water, Tai tea, and Jasmine tea. They have a nice size selection, so I'm sure I should broaden my horizon and try more. The chicken with lemongrass a d yellow rice was tasty. Lots of garlic....

The severs and food was outstanding. I really enjoyed my self. I recommend it for anyone.

My first time to the Gardena location. I loved the food and staff at the Carson location, but they closed. I rarely go into Gardena any more, as most of my favorite places have closed or moved. This used to be Joann's Pizza, one of my favorite places to eat when I lived there. It makes me sad to see how the old neighborhood has deteriorated.

The food has always been good, the times I've been there. My only issue is the attitude the server had today. He looked at my daughter and me like we came to the wrong place for food. Real dry feeling he was dishing out. Might stay away from that place for a while.

I've been to this place several times and the service isn't the best it's okay. BUT today there was a young man who gave GREAT service, came around asking If we needed anything and even gave us extra broth to go! Service has improved with him! I didnt get his name but I heard him say he was going to mexico so thank you for the great service today!

Has dirt in the veggies. Takes forever to get orders to come out. They could careless if you go there or not. All the tables around us didn't get cleaned up to the time we left ...with all the dirty dishes still out

I used to love close to this place. Always saw it, but hadn’t tried it. I did back in 2015 and been hooked since! Now I can’t find a good phõ without comparing it. They have a vast menu and I haven’t really tried much, but I recommend the pho. It’s reasonable pricing and almost home made taste. I now live in Long Beach but still travel to have their pho. Their service is also great (to me personally because I used to go a lot more often -I get recognized)! I really enjoy my time there but mostly the food -I’ve taken family and they still go from time to time.

This is my go to lunch place they have great Pho sup and the #54 on the menu is to die for is fried chicken served on a bed of mince garlic, butter on azizziling skillet is delicious!! It is almost addictive.

Horrible customer service 30min to order20min after getting the food, I needed to get up and ask for ur drinks I needed to remove plates from my table because they didn’t care.And you can tell by the pictures that it wasn’t busy But the Food was good 👍

Fast service, good food, friendly waitresses.

The # sixty nine plate, you can tell its not that fresh.. Every meat was oily and felt like it was frozen.. And went straight to the frier. Even the pho was salty.

Pho dac biet And banh xeo are good. The pho broth is rich, but really flavorful. It has a LOT of noodles! The banh xeo is crunchy! I ate this in Vietnam and it was thinner there and less cakey. This isn’t the best, but it’s still good.

My favorite here is actually not the Pho but the Deep Fried Sole Fillet with Basil Sauce! It is still a good place for pho. Not as good as it once was with the change of management. The food quality was down with smaller portion and blander taste. The service was also more spotty. We experienced wrong order-taking.
